California employers already pay into a state fund that reimburses job-skills training. For many companies, the program is hard to see, hard to understand, and harder to fit into a busy HR team's calendar.
TrainBack started with a simple idea: if the money is already there, getting it back shouldn't require a specialist's knowledge of state paperwork.
With more than 25 years in Southern California business, we have seen how much good work goes undone when a process feels too complicated to start. TrainBack exists to change that for training funding.
What we do

- Prepare the application and handle the paperwork with the Employment Training Panel.
- Track training hours and employee retention so every dollar you earn is documented.
- Get paid only when you do, with no upfront cost.
How we work
- Independent. We are a private consultancy, not part of the State of California or the Employment Training Panel.
- Honest. We will tell you when a company probably does not qualify, and we do not promise approval or a specific amount.
- Clear. We confirm our terms in writing before we start.
